In 1980’s PT. CENTEX has spread its activities to export markets. After hard and continuous efforts, supported by skillful and well-trained technicians to produce an international standard of quality and also supported by its honorable and establish customer, the company has recorded its export quantity to reach nearly 80% of total production in 2005.

In 1990’s. In order to strengthen its competition power in the international market, the company has installed 80-sets of Air-jet Looms for plain weave and 60-sets of Air-jet loom for dobby weave during 1991/1993, following the part renovation of spinning and Dyeing/Finishing equipment.

Eventually, the current production capacity is expanded spinning 0.73-million pounds  to 3.8-million yards for weaving and 4.0-million yards for dyeing/Finishing on a monthly basis.

In order to increase Weaving production capacity, the company has also installed 120-sets of Air-jet looms in 1996, 93-sets AJL in 1998, and scrupled out all FSL. So, the total current production capacity is expanded to 3.4 million for weaving as well as for Dyeing/Finishing on a monthly basis.

With the commencing of double width fabric production since last 2006, we are countinuosly upgrading the maintenances on machines in Dyeing Department that enables us to increase the production capacity in the Dyeing Departement up to 5 Million yards per month.

We have install 32 AirJet Loom for Double Width fabric with dobby design in 2008, which enable us to produce approximately 350,000 yards of double width fabric.

It is the management’s policy to maintain the standard of quality to be competitive in the international markets, as well as to provide the better services to customers.
